Ingredients:

2 quarts of water

8-9 cups fresh or frozen cranberries

1 cups of sugar

1/2 cup of lemon juice

1/2 cup of orange juice

Directions:

In a large kettle or pot, bring pure water and cranberries to a boil. Reduce its heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes around.

Strain the mixture through a fine strainer, press the mixture with a spoon or spatula; discard berries. Return cranberry juice into the pot or pan. Stir and add sugar, lemon juice and orange juice. Bring to a boil; cook well and stir until sugar is dissolved in the mixture.

Remove from the heat and cool it in the room temperature. Transfer to a pitcher or jar; cover and refrigerate it until chilled. You can directly consume the juice or you may take that as the ingredient for other recipe such as cake.
